Aged to perfection for four months and highly carbonated with a slight warming sensation. A small bit of coriander adds a hint of pepper.

Our brewer Brad made his own first creation – a session IPA in a Firkin. He made up his own hop additions, Simcoe, Galena and Citra. We are looking forward to seeing what it tastes like!
The House Rules Pale Ale is the tall, dark and handsome of beer. It’s smooth all the way through, moderately hopped and has characteristics of California common style ales. It’s medium body makes it very drinkable and it finishes with a refreshing biscuit flavor.
