Now serving Ginger Pineapple Kombucha on tap from Neu Kombucha in Farmington. Kombucha is a fermented tea that is a nutrient-rich tonic, as well as a refreshing beverage which dates back 2000 years with Asian origins. Jennie started making Kombucha at the Cacao Tree in Royal Oak in 2010. “I was just making 12oz cups with […]

Specially released for our 2nd anniversary this Barleywine packs a lot of flavor. It has a strong malty flavor followed by the warming sensation attributed to the 11.2% ABV. Barleywine is, indeed, a beer, and an ancient Greek style of beer made from fermented grains. The high alcohol volume of is similar to that of wine […]
Our Cameron’s Wee Heavy Scotch Ale aged for six months in a button barrel. This twist gives our scotch ale a nice vanilla flavor added to the sweet and smooth notes present in our traditional wee heavy. This is a special release for our 2nd anniversary.
The toffee stout is made with mother Mary’s Toffee. It has a chocolaty taste with a salty toffee finish.
Our take on a Polish original, Piwo Grodziskie (pronounced pivo grow-JEES-kee-uh). The only truly Polish beer style around, PiwoGrodziskie (Piwo, Polish for beer, Grodziskie referring to the Grätzer region that made the style popular) is a light-bodied, smoked wheat beer.
An odd name, but not an odd brew. One part California Common and one part American Ale, the “both-both” comes from the use of two yeast strains: an ale yeast to pull out the subtle hop character and a lager yeast to create the unique flavor this beer imparts.
A melomel is a like a cider made without apples. This bad boy is tart, tart, tart! There’s a subtle sweetness from honey. It’s pink, thick, little to no carbonation (or still), and very cloudy. Oh, yeah, it’s also 12.3%!
Silky smooth, full-bodied with roasted notes. Hearty maltiness rounds out the roasted coffee flavors.
Howdy Czech His Pils is our version of the Boy Howdy! It is a Czech Pils made from imported ingredients. It is 5.8% and smooth smooth smooth. Come out and order a cold one to show your support for Boy Howdy: The Story of Creem Magazine,
Our most popular beer! Blood Orange Wheat is a non-standard wheat beer made with blood orange juice instead of coriander. The blood orange lends a refreshing tartness.
Mango Gose Tango is our first collaboration. It was crafted by the FBC and Drafting Table Brewing Company. A gose (pronounced go-zeh) is a salted, lightly soured wheat ale. We added mango for a touch of sweetness. It is the perfect accompaniment for a hot day of the patio.
Hopperation: Hurry up and Wait is an IPL (India Pale Lager) and has crisp and refreshing hop character reminiscent of a hoppy Czech Pils. As part of the Hopperation series, Hurry Up and Wait is hopped with El Dorado every 10 minutes for 60 minutes. The lagering process creates a hop forward and clean taste.
A delightfully bitter IPA with an amazing hop aroma! The bitterness is gently balanced with honey malt. If you like bitter, this is the beer for you!
A part of our Slam Series, the 4C’z is made with all Michigan Hops. The hop aroma is very pleasant, and the taste is smooth, flavorful, and bitter. The four C’s stand for Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, and Crystal. The Z stands for Zeus.
Saison-like style made with orange peel. Perfectly refreshing on a hot day.
Our imperial take on an American staple is Mount Olympus DIIPA . We did not skimp on the hops for this medium bodied heavy weight. We start the hop countdown at 90 minutes with Zeus. Centennial and Simcoe are added for more bittering and much more flavor!
This Pale Ale is made with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. The Nelson, a fairly new variety from New Zealand, is used to bitter the pale ale while lending a grape-like fruitiness. A hop burst of Citra packs the ale with a tropical fruit aroma and flavor. Then Nelson again as a dry hop for more flavor and aroma. This medium […]
